Stewart Avenue
LOCATION: Garden City to Westbury NOTES: This middle segment of Stewart Avenue, which begins at Garden City Village Hall and ends at Eisenhower (formerly Salisbury) Park, goes through the developing "downtown Nassau hub," including the Roosevelt Field shopping complex, Mitchel Field and Nassau Community College. The middle (CR 177) and western (CR 175) segments are separated by one block in downtown Garden City, while the middle (CR 177) and eastern (CR 111) are separated by Eisenhower Park.
Pratt Boulevard
LOCATION: Glen Cove NOTES: In 1959, Pratt Boulevard (CR 178), which passes by Glen Cove City Hall, extended only two blocks from Glen Cove Avenue to Pulaski Street (formerly "Mill Street"). Pratt Boulevard became part of NY 107 when the Glen Cove Arterial Highway was built between Glen Cove Road and Pulaski Street in the mid-1960's.

LOCATION: Levittown NOTES: CR 189, which was the northerly extension of the former NY 115, was designated between NY 107 (Massapequa-Hicksville Road) and NY 24 (Hempstead Turnpike). Continuing south, NY 115 was routed from NY 24 to NY 27 (Sunrise Highway).

LOCATION: Woodbury to Plainview
Union Avenue, Seamans Neck Road
LOCATION: Plainedge to Wantagh NOTES: Before the NYS Department of Public Works purchased the right-of-way for the Seaford-Oyster Bay Expressway (NY 135) in the 1950's, Seamans Neck Road ran uninterrupted between Union Avenue in Levittown and Merrick Road in Seaford. According to the 1959 Master Plan, the CR 191 designation was only given to the segment of Seaman Neck Road that ends at NY 105 in Wantagh, where these two roads meet the Seaford-Oyster Bay Expressway.

Carmans Road
LOCATION: Farmingdale to Massapequa Park NOTES: This designation applied north of Sunrise Highway (NY 27). The NY 27A designation applies to Carman (Mills) Road south of Sunrise Highway.
